Reimagine Faith provides multimedia consulting, video production, branding, website design, and other creative services for ministries and churches. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in individual service agreements.

You agree to:
❖ Provide accurate and current information when engaging with our services.
❖ Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
❖ Refrain from engaging in any conduct that may harm the reputation or functionality of Reimagine Faith.
❖ Maintain the confidentiality of your account and login information.

All content, designs, logos, and materials created by Reimagine Faith are the property of Reimagine Faith or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Custom designs and media created for clients will be subject to specific licensing agreements outlined in service contracts.

❖ All services are billed as outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.
❖ Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.
❖ Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

❖ Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date is billable.
❖ Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the specific terms stated in the service agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that disrupts our operations.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Reimagine Faith, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
